South American Broadwing (Pseudoxyops Perpulchra)

This species is beautiful!! They are a medium/large sized mantis with spectacular wings that have extraordinary leaf mimicking wings. This species can be a bit “moody” and prefer not be handled much. Males look like normal male mantids that you can find in your garden. Females have wings that angle down and cover their abdomen.
